About Smart High Tech
At Smart High Tech (SHT), we are developing advanced graphene-enhanced thermal interface materials that help solve one of the biggest challenges in modern technology: heat management.
Our solutions support the next generation of AI infrastructure, semiconductors, data centers, advanced electronics, and high-performance computing. As demand accelerates globally, we are entering an exciting scale-up phase and expanding our international footprint.
To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious HR Manager / People & Culture who can help us build the people, culture and organisational capabilities required for sustainable global growth.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional HR role.
You will be a partner to the management and leadership team, helping shape the future of the organisation while building scalable people processes across multiple countries and cultures.
You will play a key role in supporting international expansion, strengthening our employer brand, attracting world-class talent, and creating an environment where people can perform, innovate, and thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
Build a High-Performance Culture
Strengthen and develop our company culture, values, and principles.
Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and organisational effectiveness.
Support managers and leaders in building high-performing teams.
Support Global Growth
Partner with the leadership team on organisational design and workforce planning.
Develop people strategies that support rapid growth and international expansion.
Build scalable HR frameworks, policies, and processes.
Attract and Retain Top Talent
Develop and execute talent acquisition plan across multiple regions.
Strengthen our employer branding initiatives.
Ensure an outstanding employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Manage HR Operations
Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple countries.
Support international mobility, work permits, and visa processes.
Manage employee relations and HR governance.
Support organisational changes and transformation initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building organisations.
You likely have:
✔ 7–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
✔ Experience from:
DeepTech
Technology
Semiconductor
Electronics
Advanced Manufacturing
Engineering-driven organisations
✔ Experience supporting scale-up companies through rapid growth
✔ Experience working internationally and across multiple cultures
✔ Strong business understanding and ability to translate business goals into people strategies
✔ Experience in organisational development, change management, and leadership development
✔ Strong understanding of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices
✔ Excellent communication skills in English
