We are now entering a decisive phase — moving from R&D to industrial-scale production and global commercialisation.

To enable this, we are seeking a Head of IT & Digital Infrastructure to build, integrate, and scale the company's digital foundation.

Your mission

This is not a traditional IT role.

You will:

• Build a secure, scalable, and integrated IT ecosystem

• Connect production, quality, and business systems

• Enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation

• Ensure our infrastructure supports international growth and multi-site operations

You will be a key enabler in taking the company from
innovation → industrialization → global scale

What you will do

1. IT Infrastructure & Digital Platform

• Own and develop the full IT environment (Microsoft 365, network, devices, access)

• Define a scalable architecture for multi-site and international operations

• Ensure stability, security, and usability across the organisation

2. Industrial IT & Production Integration (Critical)

• Build and integrate IT systems supporting production (shopfloor IT)

• Connect:

  • ERP

  • MES / light MES

  • QMS

• Enable traceability, data capture, and efficient production flows

3. Data & Decision Support

• Establish data structures and reporting frameworks

• Build dashboards for:

  • production performance (yield, throughput)

  • quality metrics

  • cost per unit

• Support leadership with actionable insights

4. IT Security & IP Protection

• Protect sensitive technology and R&D data

• Implement access control and security architecture

• Enable secure collaboration with international partners

5. Systems Integration & Automation

• Lead ERP and business system implementations

• Automize manual workflows and processes

• Drive digital efficiency across the organisation

6. Web & Digital Presence

• Own and manage web platforms (WordPress or similar)

• Ensure performance, security, and continuous development

7. Vendor & Cost Management

• Manage IT vendors and partners

• Optimise licensing, contracts, and cost structures

8. Strategic Role

• Work closely with the CEO and management

• Act as a digital enabler for production scale-up and growth

Who you are

You:

• Have built or significantly transformed IT environments in growth or scale-up companies

• Understand the intersection of technology, production, and business value

• Thrive in environments where structure is missing — and create it

• Are both strategic and hands-on

Experience

• Microsoft 365 / modern workplace (incl. security)

• IT infrastructure and architecture

• System integration (ERP, production systems, data)

• Web platforms (e.g. WordPress)

• IT security and access management

Meritorious

• Experience from:

  • manufacturing / industrial environments

  • scale-ups or transformation journeys

  • international organizations

• MES / QMS / ERP integration

• Data platforms, BI, or analytics

Personal qualities

• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented

• Structured with strong execution capability

• High ownership and integrity

• Ability to build trust across teams
